CADETSHIP PROGRAMME
The Rhino Cash & Carry Cadetship Programme is aimed at developing talented young leaders. Through this programme, we offer successful candidates the opportunity to study towards a BCom degree in Business Management with one of South Africa’s leading universities. It allows the successful applicant to further his/her studies while gaining essential workplace experience and developing a career in retail.
Purpose of this role:
Massmart is offering an exciting opportunity to matriculants to study towards a sponsored Bachelor of Commerce Degree, whilst gaining essential workplace experience and developing a career in retail through a structured development programme.
The Massmart Cadetship Programme is aimed at developing talented young people.
Programme selection criteria:
• Completed grade 12 (With no previous Tertiary Qualification)
• 23 years or younger
• South African citizen
Academic Requirements:
• Pass matric with Admission to Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum Achievement Levels:
English = 4 (50 – 59%)
Mathematics = 4 (50 – 59%)
Criteria could change due to change in university entrance requirements
Completed application forms and CV’s together with certified copies of ID’s and matric results to be emailed
